Job Summary: Nursing is an art and a science dedicated to improving the physical and psychological well-being of patients. Nurses and midwives aim to provide care to patients and their families that is appropriate, effective, and efficient in a respectful, caring manner. They are also involved in providing health education that assists patients, families, students, colleagues, and communities to learn about health care and make informed decisions. As an SRN, you will work collaboratively with the RMNCH Manager, Mentors, the health authorities at the Natural Rich Global Hospital, and our surrounding health centers and community, in order to provide quality nursing clinical and community care. You will advance NRGH’s current Health system strengthening efforts by managing and actively supporting Nursing and Midwifery within the departments. You will provide mentorship and training on maternal and neonatal care subjects and support with the training of junior colleagues and students.
Key qualifications:
State Registered Nurse with Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Registered Nurse /Midwife with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience at a hospital facility, preferably in the maternity/SCBU/Neonatal unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans and implements comprehensive quality nursing care using the nursing/midwifery process and critical thinking.
