Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out the Service Excellence Standards for patients & patients’ by meeting and greeting patients admitted. Provide indirect care that meets the psychosocial, physical (non-clinical), and general aspects of care. Meets the communication needs of the patient and acts as the liaison between nursing personnel and patient-specific to enhance the patient experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Promotes the mission, vision & values of the Hospital.
 Demonstrates knowledge of the Service Excellence Standards.
 Obtains the Admission list from management.
 Delivers the Admission Binder.
 Consults with other departments, as appropriate, to provide an excellent patient experience.
 Assists the front desk with visitors who need additional assistance by answering questions about directions, logistics, or any non-medical questions that would enhance the patient experience.
 Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and functions well under stressful situations
 . Practices Standard Precautions.

 Adheres to Service Excellence Standards by demonstrating positive communication, prompt & respectful service, and maintaining an appropriate work environment when working with patients, staff, co-workers, visitors, and others.
 Demonstrates the ability to communicate with pediatrics, adolescents, young adult, and geriatric patients and visitors
 Candidates must have sat at the West African Examination Council
 Willing to learn within the health sector or already have experience in health practices.
